About the College Principal
Dr. Bhoopal Singh have more than 35 years of experience in the field of research, teaching, agricultural extension and administration in various capacities. Since the inception of his service as lecturer, Department of Chemistry, J.V. College, Baraut, he was involved in teaching of U.G. & P.G. classes and guided students for research. Besides teaching, he was also entrusted the administrative responsibility of Chief Warden, Additional Examination Superintendent, Proctor and Dean Students Welfare and Coordinator UGC committee.

While working as Principal since 25-3-2000 at Amar Singh (P.G.) College, Lakhaoti he was instrumental in establishing Krishi Vigyan Kendra at Lakhaoti. Being Director of KVK, a number of training camps for the farmers were organized and seeds of good quality were distributed. At the C.C.S. University, Meerut, he was member of various bodies like Chairman of General Body Sports, Member of Executive Council, Finance Committee, Examination Committee and Admission Committee. After seeing his services to society in the field of education he was awarded and recognized by the various national and international societies.

    • After my appointment in the college as Principal on 25/3/2000, having been selected by U.P. higher Education Service Commission, I opened a placement cell in the college to look into the job requirement of the college students.
    • More than 300 students has been selected in various organization due to his valuable efforts.
